"A job well done to correct issues with my new deck!"

"They started each day at 8:00 AM and worked until 5:00 or later. They were very polite and professional. The lead person George would explain what they would be doing each day and then perform the tasks. The deck looks like it is brand new and the redwood has the original color and grain. Note: the bill included 4 hours of setting the deck screws so they could sand. Otherwise they performed to the bid."

"Super happy with our new deck from Bayside Builders Group. From the initial quote down to the final inspection, everything was handled professionally. The builders were fast, respectful of our property, and clearly knew what they were doing. The finished deck looks amazing and feels built to last. Worth every penny."

"We hired Michael and his company, Northgate Development to repair an old deck in our backyard. It soon became obvious that the deck was not salvageable. After discussing it with Michael he gave us several options - replacing all the deck boards with redwood or with Trex deck boards. He was very patient in explaining the pros and cons of each option and the prices involved. In the end we decided to go with Trex. His installation of the deck with new supports and water proofing was beyond what I thought he would do. His employee Angel craftsmanship was excellent. When I identified a problem with one of the deck boards, he replaced it without problem. In the end, we spent more than we had budgeted but we are really happy with the results. If you need deck work, I recommend hiring Michael and his team."

"Francisco and his team are amazing! Professional, communicative, and high quality work."

"Roy Arnesen is terrific! He gave us a clear estimate and a precise schedule which he kept. He and his assistant came on time, worked well and gave us high quality work in everything they did, which included painting, rebuilding fences, installing outdoor lighting and outlet, and building a large raised wooden planter box and filling it with dirt (lots). The job was done on time with no complications. I would recommend Roy to anyone interested in quality work."

"Pleasure to work with. Made clear of what actions and costs would be up front. Cleaned up the area daily as much as possible. Hardest group of workers ever. Project manager Ben kept in close contact throughout project. Ended up with a beautiful deck."
